[Feature Request] Add reload button next to site header in location bar |
|
Issue descriptionFrom dogfooder zturner@ on Chrome Canary: "Please reconsider the location of the reload button. I click the share button maybe once a month. I click the reload button over 50 times a day. This is a huge hit to my workflow. Can it at least be on the bottom toolbar so I don’t need 2 clicks? Know about pull to refresh but that’s often even worse than the 2 clicks to use the 3 dots menu. If you’re not at the top of a page you have to scroll up, pull to refresh, then scroll back down to where you were. If you use the 2 click method through the 3 dots button, it remembers your position." Won't fix for now but will keep this bug open for future consideration. Will merge other feedback of this kind.

Should we look at UMA to undertsand the usage of share vs. reload?

Please reconsider this! I almost never use Share, it's a big hassle having to scroll to the top and reload via the overflow menu or through the three-dot menu. At least make this option configurable in Settings. |
