What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?
Opening a new tab causes Windows security mitigations to trigger. It's flooding the event log.

You need to expand the first section under Security Mitigations. I reinstalled Chrome and I ran it clean, without an account, flags or extensions. You can find a clip attached.
