Change autofill settings string from saying “Credit Cards” to “Payment Methods”

In Chrome Canary, under Settings>Autofill Forms, there’s a section called “Credit Cards” which should be called “Payment Methods” since that’s what other platforms are using across Google. Credit cards is a very US-centric term. If this section shows up in other places, also change it there.

Can we instead move all the strings to autofill_strings so that the same is used on all platforms?
