In canary, in incognito tabs switcher. 

When no incognito tabs are open, it says “Open a tab to browse the web privately.” with a period at the end. That’s consistent with iOS style guidelines to have a period but not Google’s. 

Is that intended design? Are we following Google's or Apple's here?
