Unable to install crostini/Linux

Chrome Version: 70.0.3505.0 
Chrome OS Version: 10928.0.0
Chrome OS Platform: Eve, Santa, Teemo
Network info: WiFi

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open browser and go to chrome://settings/?search=linux for fresh installation.
(2) Turn on Linux.
(3) Observe behavior

Expected Result:
- Successful crostini installation.

Actual Result:
- Showing "Installing Linux" continuously.
 
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

Can you check the cros-termina component version in chrome://components? This should be fixed with 10929.0.0.

It has 10927.0.0.

The Crostini setup flow should force an update to 10929.0.0 if you try again.
