Voice dictation in on-screen keyboard should accept hints

Project Member Reported by avallone@google.com, Aug 1

Issue description

I have an RSI, and I have been using the voice dictation button in the on-screen keyboard. Overall, it has been a great experience, and it is helped me quite a bit.

One persistent issue I have with it, is that it often types jargon that is specific to my job incorrectly. Perhaps it should use the hints feature of the underlying speech to text service?

If I could supply a list of words and phrases that are specific to my job, it could build a vocabulary for the recognizer, and I would have far fewer corrections to make to the output text.
