This is not a bug in Chrome. It looks like Google servers consider that there is abusive traffic coming from the cell provider's network you are using. Please see https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/86640?hl=en for more information.

Nor I, or my smartphone device is using, part of/participating in any "COMPUTER NETWORK" setup, nor using any VPN setup! Not knowledgeable whatsoever in either, just want the Google BLOCKING stopped! When I do pass the reCaptcha I get unblocked, but it keeps returning again and again whenever I try to access the www via Google server's, using Chrome Browser!? |
