Include TLS connection details in Page Info

Reported by 13hu...@gmail.com, Aug 1

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/68.0.3440.75 Chrome/68.0.3440.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to secure site, e.g. https://www.google.com/
2. Open page info card

What is the expected behavior?
Category for secure connection details, showing protocol, cipher, etc.

The current Android UI does this well.

What went wrong?
Able to view Certificate details, but no secure connection details.

Opening Inspect -> Security takes more navigation and clicks than should be necessary to see this information.

Did this work before? Yes 55

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.75 Channel: stable

To clarify, this issue is for the secure connection info (see attached) to be displayed somewhere under the page info, which it currently is not.

I just opened the Security inspector in the original screenshot to show where that info currently is located. If its confusing, I'll remove the original screenshot.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.75 and latest stable chrome 68.0.3440.84 using Ubuntu 17.10 and Mac 10.13.5. Attaching screenshot for reference.

@Reporter: As per comment #4 we are able to see the same secure connections on M-60 and different secure connection on and M-70(70.0.3510.0). As we are not sure about providing Bisect information.Hence CC'ing Dev for conformation on it.

@estark@chromium.org: Requesting you to confirm that we need to provide bisect information or not and also have a look on attached screenshots. Adding Needs-Feedback label to it.

Thanks!

This was an intentional change to avoid putting too much technical information in Page Info. The DevTools security panel is the permanent home for connection details (TLS protocol version, ciphersuite, etc.) now.
