MediaRouter.Icon.Click.Location records how the dialog was opened, but for some reason it doesn't record opening from the hotdog/app menu. We can get this data from WrenchMenu.MenuAction, but it'd be good to include it in MediaRouter.Icon.Click.Location as well.
