This test did flake on android-marshmallow-arm64-rel for 6 runs and win7_chromium_rel_ng for a single run, but hasn't failed on either config since 2pm yesterday, so the last 800 runs or so. I'm calling it non-flaky; if I'm wrong, undoubtedly chromium-try-flakes will tell us otherwise.
