ChromeVox touch: after collapsing onscreen keyboard, Chromevox continues to use keyboard

Project Member Reported by leberly@chromium.org, Aug 1

Issue description

Google Chrome 69.0.3494.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit), Firmware Version	Google_Eve. 9584.160.0

Steps to reproduce:
# Flip convertible ChromeVox into tablet mode
# Turn on ChromeVox by holding both hardware volume keys for 5 seconds
# Enter any edit field and double tap to start editing. This brings up the keyboard.
# Press hide keyboard button (I did this trying to get out of edit mode.)
Expected: keyboard is gone, edit mode exited
Actual: even though the keyboard is visually not on screen anymore, ChromeVox treats it as if it is still up, highlighting where they keys would be if they were still there. This creates no way to exit the keyboard unless you touch another part of the screen that is not editable.

I can't repro this at 70.0.3518.0 on a Kevin, with the latest IME. Is this still happening, or has it been resolved or become obsolete?

As per comment #4, closing as "not reproducible". Please reopen and clarify repro steps if this isn't the case.
