ChromeVox touch help menu: no way to exit menu without selecting an option |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 69.0.3494.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit), Firmware Version Google_Eve. 9584.160.0 Steps to reproduce: # Flip convertible ChromeVox into tablet mode # Turn on ChromeVox by holding both hardware volume keys for 5 seconds # Use a four finger tap to bring up ChromeVox help menu Expected: able to close menu using four finger tap, which does nothing. The x in the upper right corner turns on ChromeVox, not the menu itself. No way to use a back gesture to get out per feature request 869892 Actual: none of the above methods work, user forced to select an option
