ChromeVox touch: backspace key not always spoken

Project Member Reported by leberly@chromium.org, Aug 1

Issue description

Google Chrome 69.0.3494.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit), Firmware Version	Google_Eve. 9584.160.0

Steps to reproduce:
# Flip convertible ChromeVox into tablet mode
# Turn on ChromeVox by holding both hardware volume keys for 5 seconds
# Navigate to any edit field to bring up the keyboard. I used the Omnibox. Put text into this field if there is not any.
# Press backspace by navigating to it with your finger using explore by touch and lifting your finger.
# Repeat pressing backspace to delete individual characters
Expected: as you lift your finger, backspace is spoken each time
Actual: after several consecutive presses, backspace is no longer spoken. Deleted characters continue to be spoken, making it unclear if you are deleting them or have accidentally added them.

I can't repro this at 70.0.3518.0 on a Kevin. Is this still happening, or has it been resolved or become obsolete?

As per comment #5, closing as "not reproducible". Please reopen and clarify repro steps if this isn't the case.
