Steps to reproduce: 
# Flip convertible ChromeVox into tablet mode
# Turn on ChromeVox by holding both hardware volume keys for 5 seconds 
# Tap four fingers to bring up help menu
# Use explore by touch to navigate to settings and close buttons in upper right corner
Expected: large enough touch targets to be able to select with one finger
Actual: touch targets to small it's hard to select these buttons
