Editing a generated password should leave the Autofill indicator intact

Project Member Reported by nepper@chromium.org, Aug 1

Issue description

Chrome currently uses yellow background color to indicate that Autofill is active on a certain input field.

Desired:
If a user generates a password, and then manually adjusts the password, the indication should be maintained.

Actual:
The password field loses the yellow background as soon as the user starts typing.
