What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome
(2) Navigate to chrome://settings/importData
(3) Click on drop down & observe

Check all the dropdown lists in all the screens (add card, clear browsing data,'Country' drop down..etc)

What is the expected result?
Padding between the options should be more (As same as in mocks-Slide#10,11 & 13) for all the drop down lists.

What happens instead?
Padding between the options is very less (Not same as in mock)
