What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE screen, enable Bluetooth from ubertray and try to pair with any device
(2)Open 'Pair Bluetooth device' overlay >> Hit Enter key when passkey is shown and observe

Actual: No default focus is shown on 'Accept' button but when we hit Enter device is connecting
Expected:Either default focus should be seen on Accept button or nothing should happen on hitting Enter(as old behavior)

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M-67
