Long pressing key can not submit pop up window accent for Ja input (for us or for japanese) keyboard

OS:

input tools version: 9999.0.20180727.206300127

Steps:
1.Switch to Ja input (for us or for japanese keyboard) layout
2.Long pressing some key ,have pop up window displayed, tap any one in pop up window

Actual:
No response
refers to attached video 

Note:
1.Not repro for Ja keyboard
2.For the first line , long pressing it , can select digital and submitted

We should remove accents candidates from Japanese IME.
Current, Japanese share the same keyboard layout with US.
Please keyboard layout for Japanese IME separately.
And all long press popup definition.
I suggest keyboard layouts' names as mozc_us and mozc_jp.
