This is visible on desktop too, but on mobile it's more severe. The border is shifted too far to the right, and this causes overflow, so that the document gets wider than intended, and this makes it possible to scroll horizontally (or zoom out).

Scroll down to the facebook widget and observe the messed up top border. Seems to be related to absolute positioning.
