'?123'&'~[<' layouts (opened from Pinyin HW layout) are wrong.

Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
a.
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard.
2.Click '?123' button, check '?123' layout UI.
3.Click '~[<' button, check '~[<' layout UI.

b.
1.Switch to HW layout of Pinyin keyboard.
2.Click '?123' button, check '?123' layout UI.
3.Click '~[<' button, check '~[<' layout UI.


Actual result: 
?123'&'~[<' layouts are not the same, seems'?123'&'~[<' layouts (Open from HW layout)may be wrong.
