US keyboard have a flash with pressing space key continuously after letters changing to capital letters

OS:
70.3505.0 ,10925.0.0 canary-channel bob 
input tools version: 9999.0.20180727.206300127

Steps:
1.Switch to US keyboards 
2.Tap any letters, double click space key, produced period punctuation,letters will change to capital letters 
3.Press space key on end

Actual:
Layout will have a flash

This bug also repro after  pressing Enter key then pressing space key continuouslyï¼›

Please check whether decoder send "set_shift" command quickly.
