Omnibox focus ring gets stuck when switching tabs

What is the expected result?
Omnibox should lose focus when switching tabs

What happens instead?
Omnibox remains in focus mode

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3508.0 using Mac OS 10.13.5 by following below steps.
Steps: 
---------
1.Launched the chrome.
2.Opened many tabs.
3.Focused on omni bar of current opened tab.
4.Switched the tabs and unable to observe focus on other tabs.
Attached screencast for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here and request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.

Focus is restored to the last element when switching tabs. In your case, focus just happened to be in the omnibox before you switched tabs. Switching back will restore focus back to the omnibox.

This is generally helpful if you type something in the omnibox, need to switch to another tab to get a snippet, and switch back to complete what you're typing.
