What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect >1 screen to the computer.
(2) Start Pip.
(3) Close Pip.
(4) Move initiator window to the other screen.
(5) Re-enter PiP.

PiP window appears offset (and sometimes between the two screens).
