Going home from overview navigates back to an app

Steps:
1. be in tablet mode with homcher enabled
2. open up a few apps
3. go into overview mode
4. click home button (launcher button)

Expected results: homcher should show up
Actual: app shows up

Sorry this is all the info we have on this. If it's not reproable after reasonable effort, go ahead and wont-fix it.

The bug is that app window is maximized before minimization when home button is pressed. It is currently fixed on ToT.
