Omnibox flickers after performing voice search

App Version: 69.03497.16 beta
iOS Version: 10.3.3 Only
Device: iPhone 5S, iPhone 8

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome
2. Perform a voice search e.g. weather


Observed results:
Omnibox flickers after performing voice search

Expected results:
Omnibox should not flicker after performing voice search

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No M68 
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M69

I think this is the toolbar sliding from the top of the screen. 

I also think this is at most P2, given that it's just a poorly looking animation in a feature with low usage.
