Chromium Dash Feedback - support lookup by chromium commit number

It would be nice if https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commits supported looking up a commit by Cr-Commit-Position like git crrev-parse.

This could be another search field alongside git hash, with a syntax like "crrev:nnnnnn".

Status: Available (was: Unassigned)
Updating status to Available, which is the same as Unassigned. Unassigned is an unsupported status type in crbug.com.
