On both 512MB and 1GB devices we had dropped to a 512KB cache for image
memory. This is too restrictive on 1GB devices, and was causing perf
hits for real-world customers. Bumping this to 16MB, which is still
far lower than the 128MB used on normal devices, but gives a lot more
room than 512KB.
