Screen color appears red for all grey colored items

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. New Tab
3. Open any site like Google (view the toolbar and tabs for example)

What is the expected behavior?
Grey colors should not be red

What went wrong?
The interface of Chrome is red and very disturbing

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.140  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Had to work in another browser. We are a team of account managers who are all affected by this update working with hundreds of publishers, we all had to switch back to the old version

Could you please upgrade chrome to latest stable #68.0.3440.106 or latest canary #70.0.3536.0 and please let us know if the issue still persists or not.
