Precondition :
1- Have few bookmarks saved 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome in portrait mode.
2. Tap on Menu > Bookmarks
3. Tap on Select.
4. Select any bookmark > Tap on More > Tap on Edit bookmark,
5. Tap on  ‘X’ in the URL and delete the url.
6. Change the device orientation to landscape mode. 

Observed results: 
Invalid URL text alignment is not in fixed position.

Expected results: 
Invalid URL text alignment should be in fixed position.
