What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen(Web UI login)>> Hit Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Reload for powerwash
(2)Restart and when powerwash overlay appears, try clicking on 'Cancel' button and observe

Actual: Unable to Cancel the powerwash in sign-out screen and if we want to close the powerwash overlay need to hit Reload+Power
Expected: Cancel should be clickable

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M68 beta

NOTE: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux

Raising this issue for tracking purpose. Issue seems to be fixed on latest M70. We need to identify the CL that fixed this and get that merged to M-69
