What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Set a small screen size (e.g. height: 640px)
(2) Set various non-default permissions for a site
(3) Open the site info bubble

What is the expected result?

Being able to access all elements in the UI

What happens instead?

The UI gets cut off at the bottom
