Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.209 Chrome OS Version: n/a see attached <b>Chrome OS Platform: <Make/model of computer running Chrome OS></b> <b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b> I am unable to find a developer mode even though this has been documented online at [https://www.androidcentral.com/how-enable-developer-mode-chrome-os], so I assume it is available somewhere out there. Am I missing an app? Steps To Reproduce: (1) read (2) read (3) read Expected Result: Actual Result: How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Looks like you have a butterfly device.. Consult: https://www.chromium.org/a/chromium.org/dev/chromium-os/developer-information-for-chrome-os-devices/hp-pavilion-14-chromebook for specific instructions. Each model can be slightly different.
