while accessing most websites ,i am getting the below console error

If your network is not slow at all, this may be a bug. We need to investigate what happens in your case, and will ask you more information to know that. CC: tbansal@ who owns the module to estimate network quality. If your network is actually slow, this is an intentional behavior to show meaningful contents as soon as possible on slow network environment. See more context in the chromestatus page that the console message pointed. Removing Windows bit, since this feature is not Windows-specific.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.75 using Windows 10 & 7 and Mac 10.13.5. Attaching screen-cast for reference. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome 2. Navigated the URL " https://www.w3schools.com/ " 3. Opened Dev tools >> Console As we are not seen error on console. @Reporter: Could you please review the attached screen-cast and confirm if anything being missed here.Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.
