Powerwash button for derelict offline demo mode

Project Member Reported by michae...@chromium.org, Jul 31

Issue description

When Demo Mode is triggered on a derelict device (see issue 869273), there should be a very obvious Powerwash option in case the device isn't actually a retail display device.

This option should go in the shelf or the tray (the "Exit session" button will be a red herring in this case, which is why it might make sense on the shelf). The button should show a confirmation when pressed, then powerwash the device.

We'll need spec for adding the button in shelf. Or, just put the powerwash button beside the "Exit session" button and use the same style. (Red background with white texts) Either case, we need clear wording to distinguish these two different functionalities.
