Allow the user to enable/disable Media Remoting after making a sticky choice

In the new Views dialog to enable/disable Media Remoting, if the user chooses to make the choice sticky, there is no way to change it afterwards. We need a separate surface where the user can change their selection.

Fixed by adding a context menu option to toggle Media Remoting.
