Cursor stays tiny when increasing "Display Size"

Project Member Reported by jwer...@chromium.org, Jul 30

Issue description

Chrome Version: Version 68.0.3440.70 (Official Build) beta (32-bit)
OS: Google_Kevin.8785.264.0

First of all, thanks *so much* for finally supporting HiDPI on external displays properly with the new "Display Size" option in the settings dialog. I still find it a bit weird that this is handled so differently between internal and external displays, but at least there is a way to get the system into the mode I want now.

One small issue that remains here is that the mouse cursor size does not seem to scale at all with the "Display Size" setting, which makes it look comically small when pulling the slider all the way to "Huge (200%)". I think it would make sense for the cursor to scale with the rest of the content.

Yep. Pixelbook internal Display Size set to 100% "Looks like 1280x800 (Default)" and the mouse pointer is fine. Though on external 4K display I have to set 200% Display Size to have the same pixel density and the pointer remains tiny.
