Background: Part of the initial design of Tricium involves supporting analyzers or other functions that run on multiple platforms.

For some analyzers, results from multiple platforms may be identical or conflicting, in which case we want to include some results and exclude others.

This would be done after a worker is done; depending on what other comments there are for other workers under the same function, the worker's results could be excluded.
