veyron: use open source mmc utils command to protect eMMC

Currently, veyron uses chromeos-only commands to protect eMMC on veyron:
crrev.com/c/340252.
Similar commands are now in the open source version
crrev.com/c/1114439, veyron bsp should use them.

Just to be clear, I don't think this will ever happen. I certainly don't have the time for it now and if I suddenly had a lot more I would know 20 more useful things to do than this. I don't think this is really worth anyone spending effort on it. Veyron will EOL in 2-3 years, it's not really going to hurt us to keep code for a few non-standard commands in mmc-utils for that time (it gets updated very rarely anyway, and the commands are pretty much all separated out into independent functions with hardly any interaction between them).
