Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3507.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) OS: Windows 10 Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load Chrome (2) Visit chrome://crash (3) Visit chrome://histograms What is the expected result? An entry in the histogram CrashExitCodes.Renderer What happens instead? An entry in the histogram CrashExitCodes.Extension in bucket 1073741819 I'm not sure how this is failing, we have unit tests for all of this code. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. If this is a regression (i.e., worked before), please consider using the bisect tool (https://www.chromium.org/developers/bisect-builds-py) to help us identify the root cause and more rapidly triage the issue. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

in stability profile, "extension_renderer_crash_count": 1, is being incremented too.
