It's easy to click "Open All" instead of "Expand All"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a CL with 50 files.
2. Try to click on "Expand All".
3. Accidentally click on "Open All" instead.

This happened to be now for the 5th time within a day. The "Open All" is in the same place as the "Expand All" button used to be before "Open All" was added. This is really annoying.

Please move it somewhere else or add a config to turn it off.

"Open all" is not a button native to Gerrit -- it's probably added by the Chromite Butler extension.

Confirmed, it's coming from Chromite Butler.

Sadrul, is there anything that could be done to make it less likely to click on "Open All" when you meant to click on "Expand All"? For instance, move those buttons to the left of "Download" and "Expand All"?

Issue moved from a project with a different set of status labels. "New" is not a supported status in /p/chromium, so these ended up in a black-hole.
