Please always include your full OS version ("corp latest" isn't helpful and is also incorrect -- according to about:gpu this machine is 10.13.5, which isn't the latest).
Please update canary to 70.0.3506.0 and re-test (this was filed on a not-up-to-date Canary).
Also please include some useful information when filing bugs like this. E.g:
- does this happen all the time?
- did it just happen once?
- was there something that triggered this?
As it is this bug is not actionable, and just causes developer interrupts. Assigning back to reporter.

Ok. Latest OS and latest canary. https://paste.googleplex.com/5112542024171520 macOS 10.13.6 70.0.3516.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) - this happens roughly once a day - the only thing I can think of that triggers this is it feels like using different OS-level desktops/spaces makes it happen ... e.g. switching between them, and/or connecting/disconnecting monitor Is there anything I can add to this report to help? I can try and repro more.
