Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.12 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Not really a problem, this is a suggestion. What is the expected behavior? Not really a problem, this is a suggestion. What went wrong? The fat downloads bar is pretty annoying since it takes up a huge chunk of valuable screen real estate. It would be nice to have an option (at least a flag) where we can be able to move the downloads bar up to the omnibar. Firefox does this perfectly, and so do some extensions in the Chrome Web Store (ex. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/downloads-your-download-b/gjihnjejboipjmadkpmknccijhibnpfe). However the extensions in the Chrome Web Store often have many issues and I am unsure whether they are safe or not. Having an option to hide the download bar next to the omnibar will allow for more screen space and overall provide a better browsing experience. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 69.0.3497.12 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

As per comment #0, it seems to be a feature request. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
