Today, the user menu can become too large to be displayed on a single screen (e.g. because the user has many profiles and / or is using a small screen).

The user menu should adapt to these limitations by doing one or more of the following (or even things not listed here):

- allow scrolling
- limit the number of profiles displayed
- remove promo graphics for sign-in / sync
- condense/re-group menu items

Leaving this up to the Identity team to triage and decide.
