When taking screenshots via selenium, Images are broken

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Take screenshot via Docker and selenium and Python

What is the expected behavior?
Screenshots are taken and images are not broken

What went wrong?
Screenshots are taken and images are  broken

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

The issue seems to be out of TE-scope as it is related to selenium automation tool.
Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team.
Tentatively adding component Tests>WebDriver.

We were not able to reproduce this issue on our side.
The attached is the screen shot we get by running a simple Python code in a docker container.

Without more details, there isn't much we can do to help.
Closing the bug as we're unable to repro this issue. 
Please let us know if you have additional information that can help us to reproduce the issue.
