Non-Regression: Contents of Learn more link is missing in Google Play Apps & Services overlay when language is changed to tamil

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Change language to 'Tamil'
(2)Sign-in to user>> In Google Play Apps & Services overlay,
Click on learn more link and observe

Actual: The contents are seen chopped and missing 
Expected: Contents of learn more link should be seen completely

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M67 stable

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
