Regression: Notifications count is seen in between the other options in ubertray

Chrome Version: 69.0.3497.20/10895.8.0 dev channel Daisy,Celes,Kip

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Have some notifications and observe ubertray

Actual: Notification count is seen in between other options. As the count varies continuously, if it is seen in left corner, it would be appropriate.
Expected: As the count varies continuously, if it is seen in left corner, it would be appropriate as in old ubertray UI

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3457.0/10784.0.0 dev

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
