What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE from languages,set the language to Arabic
(2)From ubertray open System Date and Time overlay and observe Done button and its spacing 

Actual: Spacing issue is seen at Done button in System Date and Time overlay when language is Arabic(Seems like button placed up)
Expected: There should be proper spacing between the drop down and Done buttons in System Date and Time overlay

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is working fine in English language
