"Google Play files" might be clearer than "Play files".

Project Member Reported by fukino@chromium.org, Jul 30

Issue description

Chrome Version: ToT
OS: Chrome OS

In a code review, I was pointed out that the abbreviated form, "Play files", might be unclear especially when the context is outside Files app. (e.g. The setting screen to specify the default download location.)
For such contexts, it is suggested that "Google Play files" is clearer.

Weifang, WDYT?
Please feel free to mark this as WontFix if "Play files" is preferable. Thanks!

On review, we will leave this as is for M69 - The icon associated with the root is an additional indicator to the user and the root itself should not be branded per say. We will monitor the feedback post-launch.

Can you post a screenshot of this icon in Settings? AFAIK in the Settings downloads section there is no icon, see attachment.
