OS:Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14).

Pre-Condition:
1.Enable 'Use Views browser windows instead of Cocoa' from chrome://flags.
2.Enable RTL' frome chrome://flags

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and click on avatar.
2.Select Manage people and click on three dots present on profile.
3.Click on 'Remove Person' and Navigate to NTP.
4.Click on 'Google apps' ,scroll down and observe 'Even more from Google' Link. 

Actual Result : 'Even more from Google' Link is shifted towards RHS in 'Google apps' overlay 
Expected Result :'Even more from Google' Link is should be seen in middle of 'Google apps' overlay. 

This is a Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-67’ series(#67.0.3381.0). 

Note:Issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) AND Linux(14.04 LTS).
