Regression: Separator line besides the secure lock icon is not seen

Chrome Version: 70.0.3507.0 (Official Build) Revision 4007f2d27a020a7a7abab69f4bbb1088679bcbf8-refs/branch-heads/3507@{#1}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome, navigate to any website for eg: https://permission.site/.
(2) Now observe the secure icon.

Actual Result  : Separator line besides the secure lock icon is not seen.
Expected Result: Separator line should be seen besides secure lock icon.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-70’ and will soon provide the bisect info,

Providing the bisect using per-revision bisect,

You are probably looking for a change made after 578665 (known good), but no later than 578666 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

This is now toggleable. See chrome://flags/#omnibox-ui-jog-textfield-on-popup.

Disable that flag, and you will see the separator again.

We are experimenting with the UI right now.

Working as intended.
